The Ssese islands lodge offers facilities like DSTV available in the common sitting area plus all rooms, well stocked bar, room service, a restaurant offering African and intercontinental themed dishes, pool table, full time WIFI connection, shuttle that picks and drops client to the ferry, standby generation in case of blackouts, sand volleyball coat next to the water plus the main cottage that houses a beautiful longue with large comfortable sofas, a restaurant and a spacious open reception area that overlooks the beach.
Accommodation
Brovad sands lodge offers the largest rooms on the entire island ensuring that the guests enjoy a quiet, peaceful and luxurious environment. It offers 10 spacious cottages including double rooms, twins, singles and honeymoon suites.
The twin rooms can actually accommodate 3 beds hence offering suitable accommodation for families. Each of the thatched cottages have beautiful painted walls built with stone with a private flower garden right at the entrance of each cottage plus large wooden doors that open into a beautiful  interior with nice walls and stunning African artifacts. The rooms have bed side lumps on each side of the bed, a beautiful African rug on the bed side, large sofa and side board. A large dressing area on one side of the bedroom with sizeable wardrobe stands in the room. The other end of the bedroom has 2 large doors that open to the large bathroom area that has twin golden sinks, beautiful bathtubs supplied with hot and cold water plus a standalone shower and flash toilet. Each cottage at Brovard has its own water heater in the bathrooms.
