Primate Lodge Kibale

Primates lodge is located in the heart of Kibale forest national park that hosts about 13 different species of mammals like the chimps and also offering a good gate away for tracking primates in Uganda.

Facilities
This lodge has facilities like the restaurant and a fully stocked bar, spacious dining room, and WIFI. These offer both traditional and African dishes plus international delicacies.
Rooms
Primates lodge Kibale offers different forms of accommodation to the comfort of the clients. These include the forest cottages. These are 7 in number and each has their own veranda, well equipped large twin beds and a sitting area nicely decorated with traditional African art with a fully equipped bathroom with showers and flushing toilet.
They also have superior safari tents.� These are 8 in total and are raised on a wooden plat form and covered by a grass thatched roof, perfectly blending with the natural environment each with a private veranda. These have comfortable queen sized beds brightly colored bed spreads and large windows looking at the forest. The en suite bathrooms are finished with a natural touch of local stone, bamboo and wall paintings.
The sky tree house is for adventurous travelers and visitors who would love to spend a night up in the tree in the remote tree house. Its comprised of a simple bedroom and basic washing facilities at the foot of the tree house. It�s found at a 10 minute walk from the main lodge overlooking the scenery elephant wallow. All these options give the tourist a wide choice of accommodation to choose from.

Activities
Visitors can engage in these different activities while at the camp, these include, birding, chimp tracking, forest and nature walks, Bigodi swamp and village walk,� exploration of the crater lakes , forest walks in Sebitoli forest, nature trails and cultural heritage walks, hikes at the slopes of the Rwenzori mountains plus visiting the tea estates.
