Kibale Forest Camp

Kibale forest camp is located off fort portal - kamenge subsequent to the parks edge. A sign post with kilometers of about 3.5 to the camp is seen along the way where one continues past bigodi village where a second sign post directs to a dirty road leading to the camp at about 1 km away.

Facilities
This camp has facilities like a well equipped restaurant, well stocked bar, longue and beautiful scenery
Rooms
This camp also has 7 African safari tents comfortably furnished with twin or double beds with each unit having its own private en suite bathroom with an eco friendly toilet, a dressing room and a bush shower.

Activities
Many activities can be engaged in while at this camp. These include chimp habituation experience, chimp tracking, bird watching,forest walks, bigodi swamp and village walk, walks to explore the crater lakes and sebitoli forest, nature trails and cultural heritage and hikes at the slopes of the rwenzori mountain.
